Pricing in this market is deliberately hard to compare, because most vendors will not publish a number. You fill in a form, you get a call, and the quote depends on how big your hospital looked to the sales person. So here are the ranges, and then ours.
What the market charges
Cloud hospital software in India generally runs between ₹1,499 and ₹15,000 a month per facility — roughly ₹18,000 to ₹1,80,000 a year. For a small clinic the usual band is ₹2,000 to ₹8,000 a month, so ₹24,000 to ₹96,000 a year. Many of those plans then add ₹200–500 per staff member per month on top, which is the part that quietly doubles the bill once the whole front desk has logins.
The older model is a one-time licence: ₹2 lakh and up, plus 15–20% of that every year as an annual maintenance charge. That suits a large hospital with a budget cycle. It is not something a twelve-bed nursing home is going to sign.

Read the quote, not the headline
Whoever you end up buying from, three questions are worth asking before you sign, because the answers are where the money hides:
- Is the price per user? Four staff at ₹400 a month is ₹19,200 a year on top of the plan.
- What is data migration and training charged at? It is often a separate one-time fee of ₹10,000–50,000.
- What happens to your data if you stop paying? Get the answer in writing. With us it is simple, because the file is already on your computer.
Questions we get asked
Why is Adhrit HMS cheaper than cloud products?
Because there is no server of ours for you to pay for. A cloud vendor is renting you hosting, storage and bandwidth every month and has to charge for it. Our software runs on hardware you already own, so that cost does not exist.
Are there per-user or per-bill charges?
No. Add as many doctors, services and staff logins as you need. There is no charge per bill, per patient or per user.
What about annual maintenance charges?
There are none. Updates and support are included in the licence for every year you have paid for. AMC is something perpetual-licence vendors add on top; we do not sell that way.
