Adhrit HMS is software delivered digitally. Nothing is shipped by post or courier. The software is downloaded from this website, and a paid licence is ready to activate within minutes of your payment being confirmed.
1. What is delivered
- The software: an installer for Windows, downloaded from adhritbusinesssolutions.com. The same installer is used for the free trial and for paid licences.
- The licence: created on our licence service when your payment is confirmed, and linked to the email address you gave at checkout. No licence key, CD, USB drive or printed material is sent.
- Proof of purchase: a confirmation on screen after payment, and a payment receipt emailed by Razorpay.
2. Delivery time
- Download: available immediately, at any time.
- Licence: normally ready within a few minutes of payment, and at the latest within 24 hours.
- Payments by bank transfer or other offline methods, where we have agreed to them: the licence is created within 1 working day of the money reaching our account.
3. How to receive your licence
- Install Adhrit HMS on the computer at your counter, if it is not installed already.
- Open it and click Activate.
- Sign in with the email and password you chose at checkout. The licence is applied to that computer at once.
Activation needs an internet connection once. After that, the software works offline.
4. Delivery charges and area
There is no delivery charge. We sell to customers in India. The software can be downloaded from anywhere, but licences are sold for use by establishments in India only.
5. If something goes wrong
If your payment has gone through but you cannot activate within 24 hours, or the download does not work, contact us at adhritbusinesssolutions@gmail.com or through the contact page with your payment ID. We will fix it or, if we cannot deliver the licence, refund the full amount, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Installation help
We help you install and set up the software over the phone or a remote screen-sharing session as part of your licence. Visits to your premises are not part of delivery; where offered, they are quoted separately.
