There is a gap in this market and every small hospital owner has fallen into it. At one end are appointment apps for a single doctor's chamber, which fall apart the moment you admit anybody. At the other are hospital information systems built for two hundred beds, priced accordingly, and needing somebody in-house to keep them running. A twelve-bed nursing home fits neither.
What "built for small" actually means here
- One person can run it. The same person registers, bills, admits and discharges. The screens assume that rather than assuming a department per function.
- No IT department required. It installs from one file and starts from a desktop icon.
- No per-user pricing. Small hospitals share logins because staff cover for each other; charging per head punishes that.
- It survives the internet. Small-town connectivity is not a footnote, it is a Tuesday.
What it does not do yet
Solo is one computer. There is no multi-branch, no patient app, no insurance claim module. If those are on your list, this is not your product today — the multi-user edition is in development and the rest is not on the roadmap. We would rather say that here than find it out on a call after you have paid.

How long does setup take?
The installer sets up the database itself. On first run you enter your hospital name, address, contact and logo, and you are at the dashboard. Loading up your doctors and service list is the part that actually takes time, and that depends on how long your list is.
Do we need an IT person?
No. It installs like any Windows program and runs from a desktop icon. If something goes wrong, contact us.
What if we outgrow it?
The multi-computer, multi-user edition is being built now. Your data carries across — it is the same system underneath.
